long-term season pass alliance with Vail Resorts beginning with the 2018-19 winter season.
Hakuba Valley Season Pass holders will receive 50% off daily lift tickets at all Vail Resorts-owned and operated resorts.
Hakuba Valley will offer Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, and Epic Australia Pass holders five consecutive days at Hakuba Valley.

2) An additional form of photo ID may be requested.
3) Hakuba Valley will validate your Epic Pass and issue you a complimentary “Hakuba Valley All-Mountain (HV) consecutive-5-day ticket” .

What is the Hakuba Valley All-Mountain (HV) consecutive-5-day ticket?

1) It is valid for 5 consecutive days from the first day of use.
2) It allows you to access all 10 resorts in Hakuba Valley. You can ski/ ride an unlimited number of resorts on any 1 day.
3) Deposit is not required.
4) It can only be used by the issued Epic Pass Owner. It cannot be shared among family, friends and others.
5) It cannot be reissued, it is not available for resale, non-transferable and non-refundable.
6) Not valid for night skiing.

How can I use my HV consecutive-5-day ticket?

It is a RFID lift card. You can access ski lifts directly with the ticket at Sanosaka, Goryu, Hakuba47, Happo-one, Iwatake, Tsugaike, Norikura, and Cortina.
Ticket exchange for a local day pass is necessary at Jiigatake and Kashimayari.

Can I ride the Hakuba Valley shuttle bus with my HV consecutive-5-day ticket?

Yes, you can ride the shuttle bus free of charge with your valid HV consecutive-5-day ticket. It is not valid for night shuttle bus.

Can I purchase discount lift tickets for additional days after using my complimentary 5 consecutive days at Hakuba Valley?

No.
The Hakuba Valley benefit is a complimentary 5-day lift ticket only.

2) An additional form of photo ID may be requested.
3) Vail Resorts validates your season pass and you will be able to purchase
 a 1-day ticket at 50% off the then-current window lift ticket price.
*If you are to ski more than 2 days, multiple number of 1-day tickets for the duration of your stay can be purchased
all at once at “then-current” 1-day ticket window rate on the first day of your visit.

When is the benefit be available for Hakuba Valley Season Pass holders?

During the 2018-2019 winter operating season for each VR-owned resort in the U.S. and Canada,
and 2019 winter season in Perisher, Australia based on each resort’ s respective opening and closing dates.
It will be valid after you receive your season pass at Hakuba Valley.

What is the “then-current” window lift ticket price at a VR-owned resort?

VR-owned resorts offer different prices on lift tickets at different mountains based on the time of the year.
“Then-current” is the price of a lift ticket for your age category on the day you intend to use the 50% off benefit.

Can this benefit be shared among family, friends and others?

No. The benefit is non-transferable and can only be used by the named Hakuba Valley Season Pass holder.
The benefit is limited to one lift ticket per day per season pass.

    Child is defined as 6-12 years old. 13+ is defined as Adult. 5 years old and under can ski free.

  • Can I get a free HV consecutive-5-day ticket for my child 5 years old and under?

    No. There is no free HV ticket for child 5 years old and under. Please take your child to any ticket window at each resort to receive a free day pass for him /her.

    Yes, bring your Epic Pass confirmation and photo ID to a designated Hakuba Valley resort ticket window to redeem your complimentary 5-day ticket. Your photo needs to be uploaded and the release of liability must have been completed for your Season Pass to be active.

  • I have not received my Epic Pass or Epic Local Pass yet. Can I get one printed at Hakuba Valley?

  • When is the Hakuba Valley ski season?

    The ski season in Hakuba Valley typically begins around in late November. Depending on the snow conditions, opening date of each mountain differs. The peak season is from the middle of December to the end of March. Resorts open daily. Goryu, Hakuba47, Happo and Tsugaike open for spring skiing/ snowboarding until the beginning of May.

  • Is shuttle bus service available in Hakuba Valley?

    A.

    Yes. There are Hakuba Valley Shuttle Bus connecting 10 resorts and free shuttle buses run by each resort to cover the entire area. The service is available from December 15, 2018 until the end of March, 2019.

  • Will Hakuba Valley be part of the Mountain Collective for the 2018-19 ski season?

    No. Beginning with the 2018-19 ski season, Hakuba Valley will no longer be a part of the Mountain Collective.
