Eligibility for the Domestic Resident Discount
This discount applies exclusively to individuals residing in Japan at the time of purchase.
When picking up your ticket(s), please present a valid photo ID to verify your residency status as listed below:
Foreign Nationals: Residence Card (Zairyu Card)
Japanese Citizens: Driver’s License or My Number Card
Eligibility for the Repeat Customer Discount
General Rule: As a general rule, this discount applies strictly to individuals who purchased the 2025–26 Hakuba Valley All-Mountain Season Pass.
Exceptions
If you did not purchase the 2025–26 pass due to a serious illness or injury (such as a fracture, torn ligament, ruptured tendon, etc.), pregnancy, or childbirth, you may still qualify for the discount provided you meet both of the following conditions:
・You purchased an All-Mountain Season Pass for either the 2023–24 or 2024–25 season.
・You submit documentation verifying your situation.
Required Documentation:
A “Treatment Status Report” (completed by yourself)
A copy of your Maternal and Child Health Handbook (if applicable)
If requested: A doctor’s medical certificate or copies of documents confirming the period of hospitalization/outpatient visits (such as medical receipts, itemized statements, or discharge certificates).
Period of use
From the scheduled opening day of the ski resorts in December 2026 until the scheduled closing day around early May 2027.
Please note that the opening and closing dates are subject to change depending on snow conditions, slope conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Passholder Benefits
- Free rides on the Hakuba Valley Shuttle Bus (Valid only on days you use the ski resorts).
- 50% off 1-day lift tickets at ski resorts owned and operated by Vail Resorts.
- Exclusive discounts and benefits at designated Hakuba Valley facilities (Details will be announced on this website around November).
2026-27 Hakuba Valley All-Mountain Season Pass holders will receive the benefits and discounts!
＜Terms of Use＞
- Pass benefits are for use only by the person whose name appears on the 2026-27 Hakuba Valley All-Mountain Season Pass and are nontransferable.
- To receive Pass benefits at shops and other facilities, present your 2026-27 Hakuba Valley All-Mountain Season Pass to the staff prior to checkout. For accommodations, present your Pass prior to booking (discounts will not be granted after payment has been confirmed). You will not be eligible for discounts or benefits without your Pass.
- Pass benefits are valid only during the 2026-27 winter season, which is expected to be between December 2026 and early May 2027. Please note that opening and closing days may vary due to reasons including snowfall and trail conditions.
- Pass benefits cannot be combined with any other benefits or discounts.
- Pass benefits are subject to change and termination without prior notice. Please check the Hakuba Valley homepage for the latest information.

Purchase process
Regular Application
- You can purchase your pass on the “Terms of Use” page after reviewing and agreeing to the Terms of Use.
- Registration of member information is required at the time of purchase.
- The purchase will be completed once required information, documents, and payment have been confirmed.
- Payment must be made by credit card（Visa, Mastercard）.
- Please refer to your credit card statement or confirmation email for receipt of purchase. Additional receipts cannot be issued for online purchases.
Hometown Tax Donation (Furusato Nozei) Application
We plan to accept applications through the Hometown Tax Donation (Furusato Nozei) system. Information will be updated as soon as details are finalized.

- Please note that the pick-up method varies depending on the ticket type.
- For “Early Bird” pass holders, the pick-up location can be selected based on your preference.

- As stated in Article 5 of the Terms of Use, we prohibit the sale of this pass to anyone who has engaged in fraudulent activity in the past.

４．Confirmation of Your Application
Once you have completed the payment process, a purchase confirmation email will automatically be sent to you. Please verify that you have received this email.
５．Pick up Season Pass
Please pick up your pass at either our designated location or your selected pickup location. Please note that pickup locations vary depending on the ticket type.
(Note: “Repeat Customer Discount” passes will be sent by mail only.)
When picking up your pass, please be sure to bring the following items:
・QR code for ticket issuance (Printed copy or shown on a smartphone screen)
・Application confirmation email (Printed copy or shown on a smartphone screen)
・Photo ID (Driver’s license, MyNumber card, Residence card, etc.)
To Customers Purchasing the Japan Resident Discount Pass
When picking up your ticket, you will be required to present a photo ID verifying your residence in Japan at the time of purchase.

Hakuba Valley Safety Tips
～ To enjoy ski resorts and backcountry in Hakuba Valley safely ～
This is important information for you to enjoy world-class ski resorts and backcountry in HAKUBA VALLEY. Although we are dedicated to providing high levels of service, being safety conscious is your own responsibility.
Please acknowledge the following safety tips and enjoy your winter vacation safely.
1. Ski resorts
1. Pay attention to “boundary” and “closed area” signs.
2. Control your speed while skiing or snowboarding.
3. Pay attention to your surroundings and check the situation.
4. Leashes are mandatory for snowboards.
5. Wearing a helmet is highly recommended.
6. Ski with friends in deep powder.
7. Ski resorts are off limit outside operating hours.
8. Violating rules at the ski resort will result in suspension of your lift ticket and you will be asked to leave the resort.
9. Contact ski resort staff in an emergency.
10. Check the Rules and Regulations of ski resorts for further information.
2. Backcountry
1. Use the designated gates when leaving a controlled ski area.
2. Outside of the controlled area can be dangerous and even deadly.
3. There are some closed areas adjacent to ski resorts.
4. Preparation and equipment are essential.
5. Check the Mountain information and Avalanche Information.
6. Go backcountry with experienced skiers or snowboarders in a group.
7. Inexperienced skiers or snowboarders are recommended to be accompanied by a guide.
8. Search and rescue may take considerable time and involve significant costs at the individual’s own expense.
9. Call the police (110) and the fire department (119) as soon as possible.
