●Depending on snowfall conditions, services may be extremely crowded. Please note that Hakuba Valley Shuttle buses cannot be boarded once they reach full capacity.
●Buses in the late afternoon, especially the final service of the day, are expected to be crowded. We recommend arriving at the bus stop early.

Important Notes on the Use of HV Season Passes and HV Tickets

Those who have a Hakuba Valley All-Mountain Season Pass or Day Pass can use the shuttle bus for free. When using the HV Day Pass, it is only valid on the day you use the ski resort (Please note that if you only use the shuttle bus even without using the ski resort, it will be counted as one day.) Regarding the web tickets that are charged online, please ensure that you start using them at the ski resort (only on the first day for multi-day tickets). The charged web tickets will be activated once you use it at the ski resort, and due to system limitations, if you use the web tickets on the shuttle bus before arriving at the ski resort, only the portion of the ride taken on that day will be counted as a full day.
