Even if the period that the Pass can be used is shortened due to lack of snow or other reasons, there will be no reimbursement for the shortened period.
However, if all of the Hakuba Valley snow resorts are unable or decide not to open for the entire 2025-2026 season due to an epidemic or other reasons, the price of the Pass will be refunded. If any fees are required for the refund, such fees will be deducted from the refunded price.
*If only certain snow resorts are unable or decide not to open for the entire 2025-2026 season, there will be no refund as indicated above.
  2. The Pass may be used in the following 10 Hakuba Valley snow resorts. Jigatake Snow Resort, Kashimayari Snow Resort Family Park, White Resort HAKUBA SANOSAKA, ABLE Hakuba Goryu, Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park, Hakuba Happo-one Snow Resort, Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field, Tsugaike Mountain Resort, Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort, and Hakuba Cortina Snow Resort.
  3. The Pass is valid during the 2025-2026 season, from the opening day of each snow resort listed above (scheduled to be around December 2025) to the closing day of each such snow resort (scheduled to be between March 2026 and late April 2026). The opening day, closing day, and hours of operation may be changed or shortened depending on the snowfall, snow depth, slope conditions or other reasons.
  4. The Pass may be used only by the person who purchased and will use (resale, rental, etc.) the Pass (hereinafter referred to as the “Pass User”), and use of the Pass by any other person is strictly prohibited (name and face photo of the Pass User will be printed on the Pass). If any use of the Pass by a person other than the Pass User (hereinafter referred to as the “Misconduct”) is confirmed, in such a case the Pass User (hereinafter referred to as the “Offender”) shall pay a penalty corresponding to 10 times the price of the Pass to the HAKUBAVALLEY Promotion Board (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”). The Offender is required to pay the entire amount of the foregoing penalty to the Board within 14 days from the day that the Misconduct was confirmed. If the Offender is late in paying the penalty, the Offender shall pay delay damages to the Board at a rate of 14.6% per annum.
  5. If a Misconduct is confirmed, irrespective of the reason (loss, theft, etc.) for the Misconduct, the Board will immediately invalidate and confiscate the Offender’s Pass, and prohibit any subsequent purchase of the Pass by the Offender (if the Offender has committed a Misconduct in the past, the purchase of the Pass by the Offender will also be prohibited). If your ticket is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. Please note that automatic photographs are taken at the lift gates of each ski resort to monitor unauthorized use of the Pass. In addition, if the Pass User breaches any of the matters prescribed in the terms and conditions of use of each snow resort, the patrol or lift staff of each snow resort may request the Pass User to present one’s Pass, or confirm or suspend the use of the Pass, or take measures to cause the Pass User to leave the snow resort.

At Jigatake, please exchange your Pass for a Jigatake day pass at the Ticket Center on the day of use.
  7. The Pass is not valid for activities such as night skiing or riding that require additional fees.
  8. Because an IC chip is embedded in the Pass, please handle the Pass with care and do not bend it or apply strong impact. If you lose the Pass or the gate sensor is no longer able to detect the Pass because it is bent or damaged, you will be charged a fee of 5,000 yen for reissuing the Pass, and it may take several days to reissue the Pass.
