【Important】Proper Care and Storage of Your Hakuba Valley Season Pass
Thank you for your continued support of Hakuba Valley.
With about two and a half months remaining in the 2025-2026 season, the spring sun is beginning to shine. We are just about to enter the best time of year for spring skiing and snowboarding in the Hakuba Valley area.
We would like to remind all our current pass holders about the importance of keeping and managing your season pass properly.
■Please Keep Your Current Season Pass
Your current 2025-2026 season pass (the physical card or the ticket number) may be required for various procedures and applications for the next season. Even after this season ends, please do not discard it and keep it in a safe place.
■Strict Policy Against Misuse
Hakuba Valley has a strict policy regarding the misuse of season passes, including unauthorized transfer, lending, or resale.
Owner Responsibility: If a third party uses your pass, the registered owner will be subject to penalties, such as permanent suspension of the pass, regardless of the reason.
Proper Disposal: Even in cases where a discarded pass is found and used by someone else, the original owner will still be held responsible for improper management of the pass.
Please be extremely careful when storing your pass during the off-season or when disposing of it if it is no longer needed.
We hope you enjoy the rest of the winter season at Hakuba Valley to the fullest.
We look forward to seeing you on the slopes!
